All companies wishing to import, trade, sell or manufacture any consumer product must register every product alone.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Only companies can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theinfiniteservice.com\/product-registration-montaji-dubai-municipality\/\">register consumer products<\/a>, and must hold a trade or industrial license valid in the UAE with an activity related to the product category subject of the registration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You can include only one product per consumer product registration Montaji application with any number of product variations, whether related to volume, weight, colour, taste, flavour, or fragrance depending on the product nature.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The application is approved, the product registered and the registration certificate issued only if the product met the health and safety specifications and requirements approved by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dm.gov.ae\/\">\u0628\u0644\u062f\u064a\u0629 \u062f\u0628\u064a<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If the product did not meet the health and safety specifications and requirements approved in Dubai, then the assessment report is issued stating that the product is not compliant and should not be imported and sold in the local market.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Dubai Municipality reserves the right to reject the registration of a product and issue an assessment report.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The consumer product registration Montaji application is returned only once for completion of requested remarks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dubai Municipality reserves the right to reject or cancel the application during the review and assessment process if it didn&#8217;t fulfil the service&#8217;s requirements.\u00a0<br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<h3><strong style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14.4px;\">Service Requirements Include:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Immediate rejection, in case basic requirements are not fulfilled such as: submission of the Free sale certificate, submission of the certificate of composition or the product is not applicable for registration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rejection, In case of noncompliance with the requested remarks and failure in submitting the missing requested documents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rejection, in case damaged documents and certificates are submitted or they are unclear or not conforming with the requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Immediate rejection, in case the request is submitted with incorrect product information and particularly the \u201cBarcode\u201d in the application details.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Automatic cancellation, in case the incomplete application was not resubmitted within 45 days from its reversal date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Automatic cancellation, in case payment for the submitted application was not done within 45 days from the submission date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Electronic applications are not reviewed unless payment of the due fees is done.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Food Contact Materials Registration:<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Food contact materials applications are assessed and studied to ensure their conformity with the health and safety standards and specifications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The application is returned only once for completion of requested remarks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dubai Municipality reserves the right to reject or cancel the application in case there is failure to submit the missing documents and apply the requested amends to the returned applications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Only one trademark can be selected with maximum number of fifteen sub products or product variations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Each request should include \u00a0one trademark only and a maximum of fifteen product variants.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The registration certificate is valid for two years from its issuance date.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Food contact materials are
